In this study seeks to connect human resource management practices in order to strengthen social capital and the role of organizations adjust the industrial characteristics on them. Based on a study of 30 top companies in various industries in the country was conducted, the results showed that management practices that focus on facilitating contacts between staff, In relation to social capital and more efficient organization are much more positive. Also, it because the relationship stronger companies are active in industries with lower complexity. The results showed that the intensity of knowledge itself does not have a moderating effect And only seems to exist in order to join the industrial regulations and influence and its connection with human resource management practices and organizational social capital is necessary. The results of the statistical analysis shows that human resource management practices and positive effect on organizational social capital in industries with high intensity control domain is lower.         According to strategic importance of performance assessment, today a few limited numbers of organizations are going to guarantee the improvements of their personnel’s performance through an appropriate evaluation of their staff. For this purpose, the current research was done in social security fund of Semnan province. This research has followed a descriptive goal (based on a case study) with a comparative logic through a limited applicable process which is considered to be as the most crucial selected method in order to extract the information of documents and the organization. Receipt, tables and diagrams are referred to as the most important tools applied in this paper. The fuzzy data envelopment analysis was selected as the most appropriate method for analyzing the data based on the studies done. The results in this research indicate that the current traditional systems of assessment in the social security fund of Semnan province does not have enough efficiency and it does not have any effect on the increase of willingness and tendency of the staff. Therefore, a new system of assessment which was compiled on the basis of the fuzzy data envelopment analysis was represented to substitute the traditional system. This model had some strong points such as the personnel assessment without the manager`s verdict, having the ability to perform under the circumstance of uncertainly, the probable presence of an ideal virtual unit, and the evaluation of personnel based on the predetermined objects. There is a hope to see this part of the health services management to become more represented in the future by the conduction of the suggested assessment system in the research society.         This research is applied in light of aim, descriptive, survey-based, and field study in light of nature. Theoretical foundations of the research were collected through historical study and its data was obtained by means of random sampling and by aresearcher made questionnaire, which its total reliability was equal to 978%. The target statistical population of the research includes the managers and the major customers of the selected food firms in khuzestan province. The research sample consists of 540 individuals of managers and customers, who have been selected randomly. For responding the research question, testing the hypotheses and analyzing the collected data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, with SPSS and AMOS software, were employed. According to obtained results all research hypotheses have been confirmed, at 95% level of confidence. Furthermore, the research findings have revealed that the research model fits the data collected from the target statistical population.Thus, corporate social responsibility influences onfinancial performance directly and indirectly with the mediating effect of consumer reactions.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Green human resource management on the social legitimacy through mediating variable of the social responsibility. This study is applied and the method of data collection, descriptive and correlational and based on the methodology of structural equation modeling. The population consisted of 270 office workers were Esfahan,s Mobarakeh Steel Company has determined that the sample size by simple random sampling based on Grjsy and Morgan table, 159 individuals were determined. A questionnaire to collect information green human resource management and social responsibility are two standard questionnaires Galbraith (2010) and questioning the social legitimacy of a domain and colleagues (2013) were used. To assess the validity of the methods from teachers and experts and content validity using Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. Test of hypotheses using structural equation modeling by AMOS software was used. The results of the study showed that green HRM social legitimacy with path (0/49), human resource management, social responsibility Green on a path coefficient (0/69) as well as social responsibility over social legitimacy with path (0/78) impact resulting social responsibility as a mediator in human resource management influence green social legitimacy with path (0/53) is effective. .         Social capital development is one of the most important challenges of the managers in the today organizations. Decrease of social capital index as level is in Iran proves the necessity of research in this field. Emotional behaviors is an important aspect of interpersonal communication. This research tries to develop a framework for social capital development based on the organizational emotional capital. This is a qualitative research and uses grounded theory method with emerging approach. Data collection in this research is done using a semi-structured interview. Interviewees where selected from managers in public sector and NGOs of Markazi and Qom provinces. Theoretical saturation after 16 interviews. Final framework of this research consists of two schemas, first one diagnosis social capital and the second one emotional based development of social capital. Under diagnosis schema there are three main categories causes of social capital weakness symptoms of emotional capital weakness and consequences of social capital weakness. The statistic sociaty population of this research,includes the firms listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange as 147 companies operating in various industries over the years 2011 to 2016 . To measure corporate social responsibility through content analysis and information on the check list,coding them and intellectual capital, by (Pulic model-2000) is used. The test assumptions of this study are regular multiple regression with utilizing the method of ordinary least squares (OLS) and using the Eviews software . According to the results of the mentioned test assumptions: there is a significant relationship between corporate social responsibility disclosure and intellectual capital.         The aim of this paper is to provide research results using descriptive-analytical research method and qualitative-quantitative data obtained from questionnaire. Some factors such as reaching effectiveness of tax system functions, establishing social justice, taxpayers dissatisfaction and especially the culture of tax fraud, motived us to investigate effective agents on attaining a favorite future in social relationships with taxpayers from organizational expert's point of view. Regarding limitation of the numbers of experts in Iranian National Tax Administration, available sample was used. Therefore, utilizing organizational documentation and experts, some components were recognized and extracted then they were prioritized by analytical Network Process .Afterwards, based on Dymtel Technique, the intensity of impression and being impressed as well as relationship network of relevant factors were examined by futurology method. Following assessment of these factors by experts, prioritizing of subordinate criterions was done as well. Results show that experts anticipated that individual oriented resources organization and social responsibilities as the most important priority in integration relationships in social marketing in Tax Affairs System, furthermore, motivation tendency, addressees' cooperation and economic needs were the most important priorities in subordinate criterions. The result of this research can be used to explain social marketing strategies and designing of integration relationship of social marketing model in Iranian National Tax Administration.         Because green practices are very common in industrial environments and have affected on performance.The present study investigates the effect of green supply chain management measures on performance and competitiveness in Chadormelo iron ore mine. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of analytical method. The statistical population of this study is the managers and organizational experts of Chadormelo Iron Ore Company (317 people), of which 180 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method.Data collection tools were a localized questionnaire based on the research of Yang et al. (2013) and Younes et al. (2016).The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the validity criterion and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient.Structural equation modeling and PLS software were used to analyze the data.The test of research hypotheses with the help of structural equation modeling showed that internal measures and external collaborations of green supply chain management are related to green performance and competitiveness of the company.Also, the relationship between both green supply chain management departments and the company's social performance was confirmed.On the other hand, the relationship between competitiveness and corporate social performance was positive and significant.In addition, the mediating role of competitiveness in the relationship between green supply chain management and social performance was only confirmed in terms of internal measures and external participation.Finally, it can be said that internal measures and external partnerships of green supply chain management in Chadormelo Company strengthen the company's social performance.         The Social Security Administration, as the largest provider of social security in the country, is constantly interacting with the internal and external environment. Therefore, understanding this process leads to a kind of programming based on a realistic view of the dimensions of organizational performance. The purpose of the present study is to provide a structural model of organizational performance dimensions based on environmental changes and opportunities, threats and weaknesses in the organization. This research is based on data type, quantitative and purpose, applied research and method, descriptive correlation and specifically structural equation model. The statistical population of the present study are experts of the Social Security Organization with 13 people and the employees were selected according to the 9 variables observed in the model. Allocation of coefficient 30 with more than 300 estimates in a simple random method was done with equal chance. SPSS software analysis methods and statistical tools have been used to analyze the research data. The results show that the paths of opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and threats have a significant and direct effect on organizational performance and also the values obtained from the coefficient of determination indicate a significant level of effect, which has the greatest effect on strengths and the least effect. On the other hand, the lack of a system of evaluation and control in a system means that it isn't communicating with the inner and outer environment, which implies that is aged and ultimately the death of the organization. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing a performance evaluation model for social security agencies in Isfahan province. The purpose of this research is application and developmental type. Methodology: The population of the present study consisted of all experts and experts in the field of social security, managers, staff and clients of social security agencies of Isfahan province, which reported about 10,300 people in 1398. The research sample was determined using the Morgan table of 373 individuals. Data were gathered by field method and a researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. SmartPLS software was used for data analysis and analysis. Results:The findings showed that customers'viewpoint had a significant effect on the evaluation of the overall performance of the brokerage (t=2.291,p<0.01). Also, the effect of headline managers'view on evaluating the overall performance of the brokerage firm (t=1.988,p<0.05) is significant. However, the effect of employee's view on performance evaluation (t=0.242) wasn't significant. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it can be said that in evaluating the performance of the organization, in addition to employees and management, customers have a significant role.         The aim of the present study is to manage the formation of Habermas public domain theory in Instagram and Telegram social networks. The research method is field survey and survey. This research is a descriptive research in terms of the purpose of applied research. In this research, after conducting library studies and complete and comprehensive compilation of theoretical literature and research background, a questionnaire has been designed and compiled in line with research related theories and research questions and hypotheses and distributed among the respondents. The statistical population of this research consists of the audience (cyberspace users) whose number is estimated at 8,674.621 million and according to Cochran's formula, its statistical sample is equal to 384 people. Therefore, in this research, by following this formula, 384 people have completed a questionnaire as a statistical sample. Using purposive non-random sampling method, the study sample was selected and the research data were analyzed by Pearson correlation method. The results showed that the highest impact in the first place of Internet access (β = 0.42), the second time of logical and rational critique of political, economic, social and cultural issues in social networks (Telegram and Instagram), respectively (= 0.39 b) The third time, the audience had a two-way and free conversation (all) with government officials on social networks (Telegram and Instagram) (β = 0.38).         One of the effective factors on the occurrence of phenomena such as deviant behaviors, pessimism and job dissatisfaction in the organization is the perception of employees about the non-fulfillment of promises given by the organization, which occurs in violation of psychological contracts. Supervisors are in the workplace. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Workplace Bullying on the violation of psychological contracts with the mediating role of social undermining. It is a survey. The statistical population of the present study is the corporate employees of a government organization of 400 people. Due to the limited number of statistical population, 196 people were selected as a sample using a simple random sampling table using a simple random method. Field methods have been used to collect initial data and information to confirm or refute the research hypotheses. Among the various methods used to determine the validity of the measurement, face validity and content validity were used for this study. Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability were used to assess the reliability. In this study, the data collected by the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS and lisrel software for statistical analysis. The results show that Workplace Bullying is 0.41 on social undermining; 0.71 has a significant effect on psychological contract violation and finally social undermining with a path coefficient of 0.69 on psychological contract violation at 95% confidence level. psychological contract with a path coefficient of 0.36 on social wear at the 95% confidence level.         Nima system is an integrated system of foreign exchange transactions. Nima is a platform system that has been designed and implemented with the aim of managing the foreign exchange market. In this system, on the supply side, exporters can sell the currency from their exports, and on the demand side, importers can request to buy foreign currency. Identifying effective actors in each of these markets can have a positive impact on the policies of the main market maker of this system, the central bank.Using social networks analysis (SNA) tools can be a good way to achieve this. Since in these networks each of the actors can only have one of the roles of "buyer" or "seller" and there is only the possibility of trading and communication with the opposite role, these networks can be called bipartite networks. As a result, the usual approaches to identifying effective actors for these networks will not be usable. In contrast to standard approaches, we used a weighted projection algorithm to solve this problem. After projectting each of the two networks of foreign exchange supply and demand, four new networks are created, including the network of seller-exporters, buyer exchange offices, buyer importers, and seller exchange offices. Then We will try to make a method to score and rank the nodes. As a result of the implementation of the algorithm, a ranking was provided for the nodes, based on which the node with the highest rank will be the most important node in our network.         In organizations today, lack of sense of responsibility towards customers prevents effective service to them.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employees' perceptions of corporate social responsibilities on organizational pride and customer service commitment in Ahvaz Social Security Organization. This research is applied and descriptive. The statistical population of this research is 210 employees of the Social Security Organization of Khuzestan province. Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size and the number of samples was estimated to be 126. Sampling in this study was simple random. The data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by using the content validity method and their reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha. In this study, to investigate and test the hypotheses and conceptual model, the structural equation approach and Smart Pls2 and Spss 19 software were used. The results of examining the hypotheses showed that social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on organizational pride. It also showed that among the dimensions of social responsibility, legal responsibility and humanitarian responsibility are of the highest importance. The results also show that social responsibility and customer service commitment have a positive and significant effect and finally organizational pride has a positive and significant effect on customer service commitment.
